We are a busy, full-service animal hospital in Canyon Lake, you will work hard and be rewarded for it and we are specifically looking for a driven motivated CSR to join our team, someone that is innovative and wants to put forward ideas and concepts to improve the service we offer and attract new clientele.
We offer preventative medicine, dentistry, surgery, and we specialize in working with exotic animals! Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Minimum 1 years direct experience Excellent client relationships and communication - you must want to help our clients Excellent communication skills with fellow colleagues, clients and patients - a friendly phone manner and positive tone.
Empathy as well as a strong back bone with good coping mechanisms - pets are family members and there are lots of emotions involved.
Avimark knowledge preferred or overall comprehensive computer skills considered.
Motivating individuals to achieve their best, and helping the team to work together seamlessly.
Taking pride in the environment you work in keeping it clean and organized Assisting with the daily flow of exams, check in and check out.
Multitasker - managing phone calls as well as clients already in the hospital In addition, we urge our employees to maintain a strong work ethic, a focus on teamwork, communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and the capacity to work without direct supervision is required.
