; may work from home Support the video business units and is responsible for facilitating the requirements analysis process, developing strong working relationships with business partners, and building domain expertise.
Assist or lead Innovation efforts that will move the Business Analysis teams to the next level by leveraging new tools that will help the BAs to work projects effectively across all IT and Business areas.
Manage the requirements/user stories process by acting as a liaison/Tech Product Owner between business stakeholders and the delivery teams to align business needs with a technical design/solutions architecture and end-solution.
Elicit, analyze, and validate project requirements that result in new applications or enhancements to existing applications, systems and/or business process design.
Understand business issues and needs that translate into requirements to create the overall solution.
Manage the end-to-end requirements process using tools to define the set of processes and approach for each project, as well as issue resolution.
Conduct peer reviews and assist clients in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies to enable new capabilities.
Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications.
Conduct initial assessments (IA) and gap analysis between IA, Phase 1 and Phase 2 business requirements.
Create BA elicitation and analysis plans/timelines to be added to overall LPM Project Kick-offs, complete requirements analysis, maintain requirement repositories, and ensure the solution meets the requirements/business expectations as the subject matter expert through implementation.
Work products include documentation, requirement models, use case scenarios and requirement repositories.
Conduct requirement review sessions to validate requirements with project stakeholders.
Ensure that analysis artifacts follow established standards and processes with consistency.
Review and approve high-level designs, functional specifications, user interface designs, and test cases.
Provide implementation support by attending defect and UAT meetings and participating in pilot/launch activities.
Utilize requirements management (Agile and Waterfall), SDLC, business process, applications and systems, negotiation skills, and development and technical evaluation.
Identify, analyze and drive problems to resolution.
Coordinate and advise on complex issues.
Understand of various solution development methodologies.
Elicit and document requirements in the form of business processes, use cases, data requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Communicate across teams and levels of management in multiple forms, infographics, PowerPoint, and executive level summaries/dashboards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems and 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing requirements management (Agile and Waterfall), SDLC, business process, applications and systems, negotiation skills, and development and technical evaluation; identifying, analyzing and driving problems to resolution; coordinating and advising on complex issues; understanding of various solution development methodologies; eliciting and documenting requirements in the form of business processes, use cases, data requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements; and communicating across teams and levels of management in multiple forms, infographics, PowerPoint, and executive level summaries/dashboards.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing requirements management (Agile and Waterfall), SDLC, business process, applications and systems, negotiation skills, and development and technical evaluation; identifying, analyzing and driving problems to resolution; coordinating and advising on complex issues; understanding of various solution development methodologies; eliciting and documenting requirements in the form of business processes, use cases, data requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements; and communicating across teams and levels of management in multiple forms, infographics, PowerPoint, and executive level summaries/dashboards.
