The interdisciplinary team assists patients safely through a medical detox, while also addressing medical comorbidities associated with substance abuse.
Our emphasis is placed on preparing and transitioning patients to the next level of care for their continued recovery process.
Qualifications:
Currently registered with CCAPP as RADT Currently enrolled or plan to continue education in substance abuse or related field Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in substance abuse Minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety (if in recovery) BLS certification
Job Description:
Provides unit orientation to new admissions Supports patients during the detox process Provides an safe and therapeutic environment for patients Provides crisis intervention as needed Co-facilitates substance abuse group sessions Assists in evaluating patient's needs to achieve treatment goals Completes thorough documentation of patient care and interventions Collaborates and supports treatment team to ensure quality of care Job Type:
